My journey has been defined by navigating change. From a split childhood to working 33 jobs over my career, I spent years trying to earn love back from the world and convince myself that self-love was not conceited or wrong. I chased a career for money, yet lived in constant fear of being fired—despite knowing I was the one with the power to leave. Beneath it all was a deeper fear: not just of losing a job, but of giving away my power or misusing the power of my own inner being.

The ultimate turning point came when I was laid off from a job that had left me exhausted and disconnected from my personal growth. I chose to reframe that moment—not as walking the plank, but as stepping onto a diving board. It was then that I released my dependence on external validation and began a profound internal journey. I stopped fearing that loving myself would make me conceited and began trusting that I would not abuse my own power. I turned the compassion I had always given to others inward and began reparenting my inner child with the care I had long needed. This was my true turning point.

As a Transformational Guide, I help others navigate similar inner shifts—reclaiming self-love, embodied power, and self-compassion as a foundation for meaningful change. As an author and storyteller, I also explore these themes through fiction and guided reflections, weaving transformational journeys that invite deeper self-awareness, reflection, and embodiment.
